The administration fee for your Encor services will increase from 23 to 27 cents per day effective January 1, 2024. This change will result in an increase of about $1.20 on your monthly bill for each service (i.e. electricity or natural gas) you have with us and per address.
We understand the importance of affordability to our customers. This is the first time we have increased Encor’s administration fee in our history. Even with the increase in this fee by 4 cents per day, we continue to offer the lowest administration fees among major competitors. We have also received regulatory review and approval on this rate change.
We appreciate having you as a customer but recognize sometimes you want to make changes to your account. All of our residential and small business plans*, including fixed rate plans, give you the option to cancel at any time and without cost.

*Residential and small business plans with consumption under 250,000 kWh/yr in electricity and under 2500 GJ/yr in natural gas usage have no penalties for contract cancellations. For commercial plans, please check your contract or check with your account manager.
