The following are some examples of situations when we may require an easement to be registered on your property:
- A switching cubicle installation on your property
- The necessity to cross properties and facilities that aren't owned by the customer
- A lot that is being subdivided
- A multi-family site
EDTI will require that a blanket easement be registered on title for most multi-family installations. A blanket easement covers the entire parcel of land.
In most cases, EDTI will prepare the documentation for the customer's signature.
