  • Expedited Connection Fee (If the electricity/natural gas is on at your location, with less than 3 business days notice)

  • Energize Fee (If electricity/natural gas has been off at your location, with minimum 3 business days notice)
    $22.00
  • Expedited Energize Fee (If electricity/natural gas has been off at your location, with less than 3 business days notice)
    $46.00
  • Reconnection Fee (If your electricity/natural gas has been disconnected for non-payment)
    $41.00
  • Dishonoured Payment Charge (If your payment isn't honored by your bank or financial institution)
    $25.00
  • Collection Fee (If you were sent a priority post Urgent Disconnection notice due to non-payment)
    $15.00
  • Duplicate Bills (If you request another copy of any bill)
    $3.00 per bill
  • Late Payment Fees (Percentage applied to the unpaid portion of your bill)

About fair competition

All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
