Pick your program

The flood prevention program offers 3 types of inspections for you, outlined below. The complimentary check-ups take anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the choice you make. The inspection points out key areas for maintaining good drainage on your residential property. Using an evaluation check list, a drainage specialist will inspect your property to identify steps that will help you minimize the risk of future flooding.

The interior check-up program includes an inspection of the interior, specifically the basement area of a home. This program takes approximately 1 hour to complete and is offered year round.  Customers will receive a report with recommendations on how to improve the flood protection of their home.
Exterior home flood protection
The exterior check-up program includes an inspection of the exterior of a home. This program takes approximately 1 hour to complete and is only offered from April to October (weather permitting).  Customers will receive a report with recommendations on how to improve the flood protection of their home.
Full flood protection home check up
The full home check-up program includes an inspection of both the interior and exterior of a home. This program takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete and is only offered from April to October (weather permitting).  Customers will receive a report with recommendations on how to improve the flood protection of their home.
