Who to call when the power goes out?

Finding and fixing the problem can take time. First, we must find the source of the problem. Because power lines are either underground or overhead, special care and equipment are needed to do the repairs safely. Once things are safe for our crews to do the repairs, we'll get the power back on.

If you see or hear anything you believe to be related to your power outage, please report it to the EPCOR emergency line at (780) 412-4500. The more information we have about an outage, the faster we can make repairs and get the power back on.
