Report an outage by calling the EPCOR emergency line (780) 412-4500. As soon as we know about the electricity outage, we can send our crews to fix it.

If you see or hear anything you believe to be related to your power outage, please let us know. The more information we have about an outage, the faster we can make repairs and get the power back on.
