Switching to Encor is easy! You can sign up via the ‘Build Your Plan’ tool near the top of this page, or by calling us at 1-844-412-4266 and we’ll make all the arrangements for you.
Once you set up an account with us, you can make changes to your energy plan to meet your current needs or cancel at any time without penalty. Our customer service team of energy experts can answer all of your questions and help you understand your options. It's as easy as calling us at 310-4300 or visiting the My Account portal and we’ll make all the arrangements for you.
Encor (the competitive rate option) and EPCOR Energy Alberta (the Regulated Rate Option or RRO). Although both energy retailers are part of the same parent company, Encor provides both fixed and floating rates (variable) for electricity and natural gas with plans that you’re not locked into and that you can cancel anytime without penalty.
