These services are only available to lights rented from EPCOR.
For lights that are not being rented from EPCOR, please contact 311 for assistance.
To confirm if the light is rented from EPCOR, please check your bill to to confirm if it has a site ID of 0030 with the charge associated for the security light. Note: The information on the sample bill is for general illustrative and informational purposes only.
Step 2: Security Light Location

Please take a picture of the affected security light.
You can upload up to 3 photos. If there are any identifying landmarks near the security light, please include them in the photos.
If no address is available, please give us a good description of the location and the closest cross street to it. For example: south side 50th Avenue, between 75 and 76 Street, third light west of 75th Street.
