Rio Verde Utilities is now EPCOR

EPCOR has been the trusted provider of utility services to over 1 million consumers in North America for over 125 years. And we're committed to providing you with the same great service you've had with Rio Verde.

If you pay with automatic withdrawal

You will need to re-enroll in EPCOR's AutoPay program. We take customer privacy seriously, and we're unable to transfer your payment information from one company to another. But, setting up AutoPay is an easy process. You can also pick your own bill due date if you select AutoPay. Set up AutoPay now.

If you make payments online

After March 25, you'll want to make payments on EPCOR's website. Click myaccount in the top right corner and follow instructions to set up an online account. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to see if anything was due to Rio Verde when we switched billing systems and any new bills from EPCOR.

If you make payments by check

After March 25, start addressing your payment check to EPCOR and mail to:

PO Box 80030
Prescott, AZ 86304-8030

If you pay through your bank's bill pay

After March 25, you'll want to update your account number and "pay to" information with your bank. You may want to consider paying your bill through your EPCOR online account—we'll get your payment sooner, and you can rest easy knowing your payment was received timely.

You can also pay your bill:

By phone at 1-800-383-0834

In person at the EPCOR office

12021 N Panorama Drive, Fountain Hills, AZ 85269

We're here to help

Our goal is to make the transition to EPCOR as seamless as possible. We'll be sending more information in the mail before you receive your first EPCOR bill. If you have any questions or concerns about your bill or account, you can reach our Customer Care team at 1-800-383-0834 or

Your rates won't change

Both EPCOR and Rio Verde are regulated and require an application to the Arizona Corporation Commission to be adjusted. Rio Verde customers will continue to pay the rates approved in the last rate case.
