How to pay your EPCOR utility bill

There are several ways you can pay your EPCOR bill. Find what works for you and your busy lifestyle!

  1. Use one of EPCOR’s convenient online bill payment options:
    - Sign up for automatic withdrawals from your bank account.
    - Make a one time credit card payment.
    - Set up a recurring credit card payment.
  2. Pay through your bank (in person, telephone or online banking)
  3. Mail a cheque to:
    EPCOR
    P.O. Box 500
    Edmonton, AB T5J 3Y3

Depending on the option you choose, ensure you allow time for the payment to get to EPCOR and be processed by your bill's due date. We'd recommend at least 2-3 days through your bank and 7-10 days if mailing.

Paying your first EPCOR bill

If you are a new customer, learn about your bill. Understand the security deposit on your first bill and how you can reduce or waive it. You should expect to receive your bill once a month at approximately the same time.

To easily manage your account and bill payments, register for EPCOR My Account. With your online account you can log in anytime, anywhere to update your information, view statements, set up automatic payments or sign up for ebill to go paperless.

Your bill’s due date

Bill payments are due on the due date identified on your EPCOR bill, approximately 3 weeks from the bill date. If you have set up automatic withdrawal, your bill will show the date your payment will be withdrawn. The bill date and due date on your statement are based on when meters are read in your neighbourhood; these dates are not customizable.

If you're concerned about your utility payment, we are here to help and may be able to make payment arrangements. Should there ever be a billing dispute we'll work with you to resolve it.
