EPCOR is pleased to offer a program to assist disabled American veterans with a $10 credit on their monthly water bill. The credit is available in all of EPCOR's water service territories except Rio Verde. If you are a disabled veteran, you can sign up as long as you can show proof through proper documentation and are have an EPCOR account. Even if you're already receiving EPCOR's low income assistance credit, you can still qualify to receive this new monthly credit.
There are no forms to fill out to participate, but we'll need documentation that you're a disabled veteran. Just bring your Veteran's Identification Card ("VIC") to an EPCOR office or scan and email it to us at
email@example.com. If you're not able to visit an office or email your card, please call EPCOR Customer Care at
1-800-383-0834. Your $10 credit will show up on the first monthly water bill after you sign up.
