Low Income Program

As part of your community, we understand that every dollar counts. You may be eligible for a discount on your monthly EPCOR bill if you're in one of the following districts and meet the Low Income Assistance Program criteria.

Eligibility criteria

• The credit is available to all EPCOR territories in Arizona that service water or wastewater except Rio Verde Water and Wastewater and Luke 303 Wastewater.
• You must be a residential customer or must reside in housing in a homeowner association, apartment complex or mobile home park.
• Your annual income does not exceed 200% U.S. Federal Poverty Guidelines for the year for water.
• Your annual income does not exceed 150% U.S. Federal Poverty Guidelines for the year for wastewater.

If you meet these eligibility guidelines, and there is space in the program, you'll receive up to $10.00 off your monthly bill.
