Covid-19 Impact Assistance Program

​The COVID-19 emergency affects every Arizona resident and we want to do all we can to help.

We offer a $10 credit on monthly water and/or wastewater bills for customers who have lost their jobs or have been hospitalized due to COVID-19. The program is available to residential customers in all of EPCOR's Arizona water and wastewater districts.

How it works

• Please contact Customer Care for assistance 24/7 at 1-800-383-0834 or email us at mywater@epcor.com.
• If you've lost your employment, we'll need a letter from your former employer – or their phone number – to document your status. If you've been hospitalized, you'll need to provide redacted documentation. Please call us if you're not able to provide this documentation and we'll explore other ways of verifying your status.
• You can receive discounts for both water and wastewater service for a total discount of $20 per month, if you receive both services from EPCOR. The discount cannot be combined with the existing low-income assistance discount program.  
• Space in the program is limited – please apply early​.
