​Starting September 1, EPCOR will welcome drainage services to our team. We're committed to ensuring our customers continue to receive excellent service.

Here's how you can reach out about any drainage-related matters:


Billing inquiries can, as normal, be directed to EPCOR Customer Service.

Reporting issues (odour complaints, inspections, sewer backups etc.)

After September 1, you can continue to contact 311 for drainage emergencies and general inquiries. 

Drainage construction projects in your neighbourhood

EPCOR will provide you with project information via flyers, online, public information sessions, community project updates and construction notices. Further information and updates will be shared on our website.

If you have any project inquiries, you can send them to After September 1, the City of Edmonton's general drainage email address will be disabled.

You will also begin to see emails from drainage project members using EPCOR email addresses.
