Customer Survey: Safety is our top priority

Starting January 2022, EPCOR will be conducting a Public Awareness of Electrical Safety Survey.

You may receive a phone call from ADVANIS, a Canadian-based market research firm, on behalf of EPCOR asking you to participate and discuss your knowledge of safety topics, including safety in the home and power equipment in the community.

If you are able and interested in participating in the survey, please do so. The results of the survey will help shape our educational campaigns on reducing safety hazards and increasing public safety awareness in the communities we serve.

This survey is conducted every other year as a required part of a Local Distribution Company's utility scorecar​​d and other reporting and regulatory requirements for the Ontario Energy Board.
