Help us improve our service delivery to you—our electricity customers in Ontario. Starting January 15, 2021, EPCOR will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey. You may receive a phone call from ADVANIS, a Canadian-based market research firm, asking you to provide feedback on how EPCOR can best meet your electricity needs. We encourage you to participate and share your thoughts.

This survey is a required part of a utility's scorecard and other reporting and regulatory requirements for the Ontario Energy Board.
