​Customer survey: Make us better

Help us improve our service delivery to you—our electricity customers in Ontario. Starting in January 2019, EPCOR will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey. You may receive a phone call from ADVANIS, a Canadian-based market research firm, on behalf of EPCOR asking you to participate and share your thoughts on how we can best meet your electricity needs. If you are able and interested in participating in the survey, please do so.

This survey is also a required part of a Local Distribution Company's utility scorecard and other reporting and regulatory requirements for the Ontario Energy Board.
