​Mail delivery of your EPCOR paper bill could be delayed due to the current work disruption at Canada Post. You have several convenient options to view and pay your bill.

Keeping your account up-to-date

You can view your account balance through My Account and while you're there you can sign up to receive your bill electronically through ebill. You can also call our Customer Care team at 310-4300 (a toll-free call in Alberta) to get your account balance.

There are several ways that you can continue to keep your account up-to-date.

  • Sign up for Automatic Withdrawal (AW) through My Account. With AW, you automatically pay your bill from your bank account on the billing due date each month.
  • Through online and telephone banking offered by most major banks.
  • At your bank (teller or Automated Teller Machine). Most major banks will accept payment with your EPCOR account number.
