For EPCOR Water's team of environmental and laboratory employees, it includes testing approximately 64,000 water samples each year to ensure that the water we deliver meets or exceeds state and federal drinking water requirements.
Each year, according to United States Environmental Protection Agency guidelines, water service providers are required to provide customers with an annual water quality report with information about the source of their water, what's in the water, what testing is done and other information related to the quality of the water. Today, EPCOR Water announced that the 2014 Water Quality Reports are now available for each of its water districts.
"Providing high-quality, safe, reliable water is a responsibility we take very seriously," explained John Calkins, Director of Compliance for EPCOR Water. "In these reports customers can not only find information about the careful and stringent testing of their water, but they will also find helpful information and tips that they can use."
All EPCOR Water customers can now view the 2014 Water Quality Report for their specific water district on EPCOR's website — www.epcor.com — by clicking on "Reports" in their specific community page. A printed copy of the report can also be requested by contacting a member of EPCOR's Customer Care team at 1-800-383-0834.
