Through your bank
Set up EPCOR Water as a payee/biller. You'll need to provide your EPCOR Water account number and mailing information on your bill to ensure correct payment.
Note: Service options may vary by bank and there may be a 3- to 5-day delay in your payment posting to your EPCOR Water account.

*A $1.80 service fee is applied to credit card payments over our automated phone
system, in person, or one-time payments made online. To avoid paying this fee,
simply set up your account profile through our secure online account management
system, sign up for AutoPay, send your payment in the mail, or pay using cash or
a check at an in-person location.
