EPCOR maintains a pager for the media which can be accessed after regular business hours. This number is available for media with inquiries regarding:
- Power outages in Edmonton ONLY.
- Disruptions to water service in Edmonton or communities served by EPCOR.
- Other emergency situations.
Please note: information regarding power outages outside of Edmonton can be obtained by contacting the local distribution company (Enmax, FortisAlberta, ATCO, or local operators).
Media inquiries after business hours regarding non-emergency issues will be handled the next business day.
