(EPCOR), has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of the North Mohave Valley Corporation for approximately US$2.35 million, subject to certain adjustments and regulatory approval by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
With winter well underway, and extreme weather conditions expected over the next several days, cold weather could cause water in the service line to freeze, plugging the line and stopping water service to the property or causing pipes and service lines to burst.
