Application Guide for Power Producers

This document sets forth the guidelines for connecting a power producing facility to the Alberta Interconnected Electric System through EPCOR’s electric distribution system as managed by EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc. (EDTI). This guideline assists in determining the application, commissioning, operating and maintenance requirements of the facility and the responsibility of the parties. 

 

Refer to EDTI’s Technical Guideline for Interconnection of Generators to the Distribution System to determine the needs and responsibilities of each party for the technical requirements of the interconnection.
