EPCOR provides the Regulated Rate Option (RRO) to residential, farm, irrigation and small business customers in FortisAlberta territory communities across Alberta as well as those within the City of Edmonton.
EPCOR will also continue to provide services for all commercial and industrial customers who do not choose a retail service provider.
