Bill payment options

Online banking services

Your EPCOR bill can be paid online through services provided by most major banks. Visit your bank's website, and follow their directions for setting up payment using the online services.

Authorized Payment Withdrawal Plan (APW)

Your monthly utility bill amount is withdrawn from your bank account on the billing due date and automatically credited to your EPCOR account. You'll never have to worry about missing a bill payment.

Equal Payment Plan (EPP)

Averages your utility costs over a 12-month period so that you pay an equal amount each month. This lets you know in advance how much your monthly bill will be, making budgeting easier.

Preferred Payment Plans - the convenience of both

If you would like the comfort of knowing what your payment will be each month AND the security of knowing it will always be paid on time, you can sign up for our Preferred Payment Plan (PPP).
