How EPCOR was Chosen


For the eighth year in a row, EPCOR was chosen from 5,000 companies and organizations that provided information about their employee benefits, working conditions, and overall Human Resource programs. Employers were evaluated using six criteria:

    • Expanding and growing business
    • Stimulating physical workplace environment
    • Letting employees know if they are performing well in their jobs
    • Keeping employees informed about company news and developments affecting their jobs
    • Exceptional employment benefits and vacation allowances for the industry
    • "Going the extra distance" to attract and retain outstanding employees
