How EPCOR was Chosen
For the eighth year in a row, EPCOR was chosen from 5,000 companies and organizations that provided information about their employee benefits, working conditions, and overall Human Resource programs. Employers were evaluated using six criteria:
- Expanding and growing business
- Stimulating physical workplace environment
- Letting employees know if they are performing well in their jobs
- Keeping employees informed about company news and developments affecting their jobs
- Exceptional employment benefits and vacation allowances for the industry
- "Going the extra distance" to attract and retain outstanding employees
