General Requests

Recognizing that it takes considerable time and energy to complete an application, EPCOR has developed;

• A short form for requests under $2500
  Important! This form cannot be saved and must be completed all at once. It takes approximately 15 minutes if you have gathered your information beforehand.
  
  
• A regular form for requests greater than $2500
  Important! This form remains active in the system for 90 days. It allows you to save your work and return to it later.
